I am currently in-network with Premera, Regence, Kaiser Permanente, Aetna, Cigna, First Choice Health Network, Medicare and United Healthcare (including AARP and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage).

I can accept cash, check, debit and credit card payments.

• 55 min session: $125

I am able to provide a superbill for services, which you can submit to your insurance company if they are willing to reimburse you for out-of-network services.
